# California Beach Rear 220V Plug

Hi All  
  
I have a 2025 California Beach Hybrid  
  
My question is - the rear 220 Volts Plug does the plug ONLY work when the connected to the camp site power source but the front one works under all both standard leisure battery

All previous Californias have had 2 Mains sockets. One only works when plugged into campsite EHU mains.  
The other is powered by a 300watt Inverter powered only by the onboard Leisure Batteries . More information in the Handbook.

thanks a million for the answer - I do not have a handbook as I purchased in Spain and the handbooks are very scant for these models (its also not in the online manual from Germany)

You can read the manual:  
1. In the California app  
2. On the web by entering vin  
3. In the car infotainment system. I put it into the top quick actions.   
  
(BTW I also purchased the same car in spain a month ago)
